Requirements:

Valid Dutch Passport or Residence Permit, with full rights to work

At least a first degree or equivalent in any field of study.

Ability to keep the big picture in mind while focusing on the details of implementation

Must be a born again Christian and ready to become a part of the Parish life and service.

Ability to communicate fluently in English while Dutch would also be an advantage.

Role description:
-
Monthly preparation of Parish report, including the completion of Asperion.
-
Service report.
-
Preparation of minutes of meeting.
-
Calling up members.
-
Interface with different departmental heads/coordinating Pastors/Senior Pastor.

Attending some external meetings on behalf of the parish.
-
Overseeing activities in the parish, e.g. Purchase, repairs etc.
-
Meeting with the parish pastor regularly for briefing of any update.

Keeping records of members, new and old contacts.

Attending to all relevant emails .

Connecting the Parish with relevant bodies/organisations in the city.
Salary and other Conditions:
-
Salary is for 3 days work week (Brutto: 1350euro/m approx) and will be in Amsterdam, Netherlands and initially for a period of one year, with the option of extension afterwards.
